Join an event or share your own
On Thursday April 28, people like you from all across Australia took action to make sure the NDIS is at the top of the agenda this federal election. And because of all of you it was a huge success!
Now we need to keep the pressure on – find out what Every Australian Counts and other organisations are doing to make sure the NDIS and disability stay in the spotlight.
We want you to get involved in any way you can!
The more voices we have, the louder we will be and the more our pollies will have to listen. That’s why we want you, your family and friends to get involved by holding an event, contacting the media, or talking to your local MP or candidates. The more people who get involved, the better!
More ideas to help you make some noise!
We want to make sure your concerns about the NDIS are heard loud and clear all across the country. So that each and every politician asking for your vote knows the NDIS needs action – urgently.
But we also know that people with disability, families, advocates and workers have had a really exhausting few years. And everyone has different things to offer! So we are setting up lots of different options so that you can get involved in the way that works best for you.
Right now you can
👉 Take action on NDIS cuts and appeals
We know there are far too many people with stories about NDIS cuts and appeals. We want to hear directly from you. The more people tell us, the harder it is for our politicians to ignore this problem. Share your NDIS cuts and Appeals stories with us here.
👉 Buy a t-shirt or sticker to show your support
We finally have t-shirts available again! We want this campaign to be as loud and proud as possible, but we can’t do that without you! Check out our online shop to find t-shirts and stickers to support the campaign and let everyone know you’re helping to defend our NDIS this election.
👉 Share our social media content
Share social media content (ours are at Facebook and Twitter) with your friends and followers to help us reach more people. Use the #NDIS and #DefendOurNDIS hashtags to help us all make a big impact together.
