Common benefits include better self-care (150), improved home and living conditions (146), better access to food (140), and increased community participation (149). Some people reported improved confidence (106), fewer hospital visits (124), and learning new ways to live well (135). Fewer people reported improvements in work or study (70) or housing security (70). A large number selected “other” (226), suggesting a wide range of experiences.
