How many Ministers have we had in the past 2 years? TOO many

How many Ministers have been in charge who a) want to help and b) have the necessary background/qualifications? ZERO

Professional politicians who are appointed as the Minister to further their career are not going to establish and/or promote the necessary culture and structures/procedures to make a positive change. We end up with “the tail wagging the dog”
