West Australians should get results of NDIS trials in state, Labor says

People with disabilities in Western Australia deserve to know the results of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) trials in the state, Federal Labor says.

The state is set to have its own version of the NDIS after running two trial programs — a WA version of the scheme and the Commonwealth version.

The Government has not released evaluations into the trials.

It has rejected Labor’s bid for the reports under Freedom of Information (FOI) laws, claiming it could damage relations with WA.
