Tasmanian disability service provider tripling workforce thanks to NDIS

Tasmania’s largest disability services provider is set to triple its workforce over the next four years thanks to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Possability, previously Optia, is going to create more than 650 full-time equivalent positions due to the launch of the NDIS next July.

CEO Glenn Campbell said his company had to look outside the sector for workers.
