Realising Every Dream Incorporated’s Zac Paden, lead singer of Brotherhood of the Blues, as well as RED Inc support planner and Brotherhood musician Matt Cassles, and RED Inc operations manager Josie Donnelly, headed to the National Disability Services’ Disability and Diversity Conference in Alice Springs earlier this month.

They were there to listen to a variety of speakers, and speak to the crowd themselves about RED Inc and the highly successful Brotherhood of the Blues project.

Mr Paden and Mr Cassles said they had an inspiring time at the conference, and were “blown away” by the experience.
