Mr Shorten, who gave the keynote address at the ALP state conference in Hobart, said it was only Labor that was committed to the NDIS.

“We see Mr Abbott breaking yet another promise, there is the anonymous denials, there’s the leaks, there is the lack of commitment to properly rolling out the NDIS,” he said.
