The National Disability Insurance Scheme is being rolled out across the country in the next three years. People with disabilities and their carers will have to devise their own individual care plans, choose their preferred service providers and negotiate with the scheme for funding. A new program in southern News South Wales is teaching parents the skills they need to successfully advocate for their children.
