Students with disabilities: One in four refused enrolment, most get inadequate support, survey shows

The national survey commissioned by peak lobby group Children with Disability Australia asked families to assess their children’s experiences at school.

Of more than 1000 respondents, 25 per cent said their child had been refused enrolment at a school at some point, while 17 per cent said their child had only been offered part-time enrolment.
