Thanks to everyone who submitted their application to become an Every Australian Counts Champion.

Applications have now closed.

We are reviewing applications and will announce our champions soon.

Together we created the NDIS – but we still have some way to go before the NDIS is the best it can be.

The fight is far from over. We need your help now more than ever.

Those with personal experience are the best people to speak about the NDIS. Your story has the power to change hearts and minds. That’s why we’re looking for up to five people with disability to act as Every Australian Counts champions.

The champions will be people with disability who are passionate about making the NDIS better and will use their stories and the stories of others to keep up the pressure for change.

If you’re willing to stand up for the NDIS, make a 2-minute video and tell us what makes you an Every Australian Counts champion!

Our Every Australian Counts champions will have the opportunity to represent all of us by:

  • Speaking at campaign events
  • Meeting MPs at Parliament House in Canberra
  • Talking to the media about why the NDIS matters
  • Having a say about the kinds of activities planned for Every Australian Counts

Champions will work closely with Kirsten, our EAC Campaign Director. You’ll receive the training and everything else you need to be an EAC champion and, of course, you’ll be paid for your time!

You don’t have to have any experience. We’re looking for champions who like meeting new people and who can explain why the NDIS is so important to people with disability.
