NDIS is a way of giving families some security for the future of their disabled family member. Constantly families are repeating information and applying for funding to have their child remain at home, this is a strain on families and with limited resources can mean some families go without and as a consequence “burn out” leaving the government to have this person in permanent care costing thousands of dollars. We have take more preventative measures rather than the “cure” attitude, as it is detrimental to tax payers and families sanity……..NDIS please HELP families to bridge some of these barriers so families have choice.
