Sen.McLucas on NDIS/ Employment/Accomodation & Tony Abbott

Senator Jan Mclucas was in Perth this week and appeared on ABC radio’s Drive show to answer  questions on NDIS progress. 

Peter Darch was one of those who was first up to question the Senator. Peter has been one of the campaign’s best known champions but he has been lobbying even longer to solve his  employment situation. Although he was awarded WA’s most outstanding youth worker he is still not eligible for enough support hours to do the physical tasks that underpin his job, while he would have 40 hours support for leisure programs if he resigned.  Listen to the audio here Senator_McLucas_on_Drive
